If any personal, sensitive, or other information is shared regarding the endangerment of a child, the information will be shared with law enforcement immediately.

You may not provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Website, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties.

This information is collected through our associated with Montclair State University on an aggregated basis. We do not collect, and you should not submit to us or Montclair State University, any information that could be associated with or identified with an individual.

While certain comprehensive consumer privacy statutes and regulations may provide individuals with certain rights regarding our use of their information, please note that the Organization does not currently meet certain statutory and regulatory thresholds that obligate us to comply with such comprehensive statutes and regulations.
